RETURN POLICY
You have the right to return the product you received within fourteen (14) calendar days, with the return shipping costs covered by the customer, and request its replacement with another product.
A basic requirement for returning a product is that it must be in its original condition, in its original packaging, and without any damage, wear, or signs of use.
Products returned without external protective packaging that safeguards both the official product box and the product itself will not be accepted by our store and will be returned to the customer.
The product must also be accompanied by the retail receipt or purchase invoice.
Product exchanges are always processed according to the current prices of the products at the time of the exchange.
EXCHANGES – GREECE
If you wish to receive a replacement product, you can contact our experienced team to arrange a new order.
The product must be returned using ACS Courier or ELTA Courier, with the return shipping costs paid by the customer. Once we receive your package, the replacement product will be shipped with the delivery costs charged to the customer.
In case you wish to proceed with a second exchange, additional shipping charges will apply.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – REFUND POLICY
Refunds are provided in the following cases:
• The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it was received by the customer (as it was at the time of delivery), without any damage or defects.
• Products returned without external protective packaging that safeguards both the official product box and the product itself will not be accepted by our store and will be returned to the customer.
• The product must be accompanied by the relevant documents received by the customer upon delivery (retail receipt or invoice).
• The refund will be completed within fourteen (14) days by bank deposit to the bank account provided by the customer.

• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs of the product.
